Introduction

Generators are power supplies that provide you with temporary source of energy in case your main source shuts down. Turkey has seen many power outages in recent years and there are hard to control as they can occur due to natural disasters or world economy. Hence it is always good to be prepared especially if the power outage may last for a longer period of time. Recently in Canada a power outage lasted 3 days due to a winter storm and that can happen in Turkey but due to different circumstances. So, here is some information about generators for all you precautious people! 

The issue with the generators is that they are not easily understood, they require training wheels for people to become comfortable with them. However, it is important to have a backup in case of power outage, especially if you have a business to run. If a power outage occurs during business hours, it can hinder work and cause performance issues. No one wants performance issues. No One.

Gas generators are normally small scale as a large quantity of gas is required to fuel the energy. However, it is important to note that Gas generators are only there to help smaller households with a short-term issue. They are not to be used for industrial or long-term purposes. 

Diesel Generator

Diesel Generators are Some of the most powerful generators known up to date as they provide energy for factories, industries and office buildings. Smaller Diesel generators are used for homes to power over a long time, consistently. 

Hybrid Power source

The Hybrid Power Source is known to be the natural power providers using sunlight and diesel as backup for when the sun isn’t enough. Diesel fuels the patches left by solar panels to provide sufficient power.

These generators are mandatory in Emergency requirements, such as hospital power backups, industrial backup and power sourcing for Police stations, office buildings, regular homes, etc. They are extremely powerful and have a good flow of energy without fluctuation. 

Hybrid Generators pros

Hybrid generators are showcased to use natural sources for power such as solar panels, wind mills and etc. with the inclusion of diesel so that there is not power fluctuation but less diesel is used. This allows you to save fuel and use less money on the overall power supply.

The only benefit maybe a con because it may use fuel that costs less but uses more of the fuel than a diesel generator and it has issues in sustaining a flow of energy without fluctuation is there is a strong power usage. Which means if you plug in a laptop, Simultaneously with a straightener, your generator maybe affected. The gasoline cost can total up to be more due to excess power usage. 

Diesel Generators Cons

Environmental issues are the only con on diesel generators, they do produce waste from diesel consumption as well as cause a lot of noise pollution. The noise can make is necessary for you to get a sound enclosure for the generator otherwise you will not be able to hear yourself talk near it. 

Hybrid Generator Cons

Hybrid power sources are extremely tricky and people can be manipulated by the wording that promotes them. Hybrid power solutions can end up being more harmful to the environment than any other power source, (With the exception of coal power houses, those are still the worse.) Solar panels are created with extremely toxic chemicals, even a single crack in one panel can cause the toxins to be released into the earth causing that area and the water reserve beneath it to get poisoned. 

Solar panels on the cheap have a life span of 5 years, after that they need to be trashed, which means they need to be recycled but they can’t because the chemicals and some material cannot be recycled, which means it will be through in the third world area, poisoning the ocean and the earth.
