Delicious Grilled Salmon Sandwiches Recipe


* Salmon boneless fillet, 4 four ounces
* Fresh herbs, 2 tsp
* White pepper, ¼ tsp
* Olive oil, 2 tbsp
* Fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp
* Cooking oil, 1 tbsp
* Salt, to taste
* Sandwich bread, 4 slices

 Method Of Preparation

 Prepare marinade using oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt and white pepper. Place fillet in a dish, making sure they don't overlap each other. Marinade fillet, cover and refrigerate for half an hour. Cook fish either on a fry pan or on a grill until cooked. Place fillet between sandwich bread slices and serve.
