Losing weight does not have to cost a lot of money. There are many exercises that teens can do at home. The teen could jog or walk, do sit ups and push ups, or run up and down the stairs. These are not always fun or glamorous methods of exercise, but they are very inexpensive, or even free, and they will help burn calories.

In the case of poisoning the only thing to do is get help immediately. If you know the source of the poison, take the container or object with you, as this may aid treatment. In acidic or alkaline poisonings the chemicals must be neutralized.

You can't depend on thirst to tell you when you lack fluids. Certain brain cells called osmoreceptors tell you when you are thirty, but only after the salt concentration of your blood has risen considerably. When you exercise, you sweat. Sweat contains far more water than salt in comparison to blood.

This can be made of a piece of cloth, gauze or sock if nothing else is available. It should be tied above the wound and checked every few minutes to make sure it is not so tight that circulation to the rest of the limb is cut off.
