How to Look Hot in your Bikini

The first piece of advice that will help you attain your goal is to not worry about your body. Be happy with what you were given and be proud to show it off no matter what size you are. The key to wearing a micro bikini deals mostly with having a great attitude more than anything else, although having a healthy regimen and well balanced diet couldn't hurt.

Your bikini body plan looks like this: you start with a diet that includes eating meals five times a day, spaced out in three hour pauses where you eat absolutely nothing, only drink water or light lemonade - 2 litres of water with a whole lemon squeezed in, no sugars added - and eat according to a diet plan, either counting calories or even out the carbs with the proteins and the fibre intake.

One of the most important things you'll need to do when wearing a string bikini is wax. If you can see hair in those areas of yours that you're trying to sport around, it can be quite a nasty turn off. You can get a wax at your local salon or buy DIY waxing supplies and, well, DIY.

Squats and lunges should be done 3 times a week,  add dumbbells for even more resistance.  This will lift your butt and give your legs a toned shape. Also good to throw in interval training for 15 minutes 3 times a week and some crunches to flatten the stomach, although you may not drop 3 dress sizes you will notice a huge difference in 4 weeks.

Recognize your body type and go only for appropriate styles, while factoring in your age and personality. The general rule is to never pick a size smaller or bigger than the actual you. Quit obsessing over being thinner or fatter than you already are.

Belly rubs work great for destroying belly fat. What you do is lie down and rub your hands together for 15 seconds to create heat/energy. Then you rub 1 hand in small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds. Do this for 3-5 minutes a day.

Working those abdominals are your arsenal for sculpting and toning your tummy. A firm mid section is key to looking good in a bikini. It would be nice to find a program that will do just that for any one who has the courage to actually do the workouts no matter what your body type is.

For that reason, you can combine your bikini with fashionable sarongs, or ditch the get-up all together in favour of a gorgeous, colourful beach dress that will have all heads turning your way. In any case, however covered up you are, don't forget to use suntan lotion to help prevent your skin from burning.
