How to Make Mango Mojito with Fresh Mango Puree

Ingredients:

  1. 4 mint leaves
  2. 1 lime wedge
  3. 3/4 oz. (22 ml) light rum
  4. 3/4 oz. fresh mango, pureed
  5. 3 oz. (90 ml) club soda
  6. Ice cubes

Method To Make Mango Mojito With Fresh Mango Puree:

Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice until they are fragrant by pressing a muddler into the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour the rum and the mango puree into the shaker. Fill the shaker 2/3 full of ice cubes. Shake the drink until the ingredients are well chilled.Place ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Strain the drink from the cocktail shaker over the ice cubes.Top the drink with club soda and garnish with a slice of mango or a mint sprig. Enjoy your drink!
