Paella Valencia Recipe - Spanish Food

  1. 4 Cups rice
  2. 8 Cups fish stock
  3. 8 large Prawns/langoustines
  4. 8 Mussels
  5. 200 gr Shrimps
  6. 200 gr Peas
  7. 2 Tomatoes cut
  8. 2 Cloves, Garlic,thinly sliced
  9. 3 Strands saffron, crumbled
  10. Olive oil for cooking


Saute garlic in an exceedingly paella-type pan. Add tomatoes, peas, shrimps and saffron. Cook for a couple of minutes.Add rice and stock. Simmer for roughly twenty minutes. Decorate with prawns and mussels. Cover dish with a lid. Poach the food for a couple of minutes.Decorate dish with lemon quarters. Enjoy!
