Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India

Bangalore, known as the Information technology hub of India in situated in the state of Karnataka. One of the leading cities in the world in terms of IT has almost offices of all the multi national companies in the world.Bangalore is no less in terms of education,there are more than 1000 colleges in Bangalore of which Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore ,Indian Institute of Science are some of the premiere institutes.



Bangalore which is certainly famous for its night life has many places to visit.


Lal Bagh Botanical Garden-


Started in the year 1760 by HyderAli in an area of 40 acre,today the garden is a lush green paradise covering area of over 240 acres in the heart of the city.it is currently under the directorate of the government of Karnataka.one can see a wide diversity of floraand fauna here,some of the exotic species from different parts of world are also present here.



Bannerghatta Biological Park-


Located about 22kms south of Bangalore,it is one of the places where wildlife is preserved so close to a big city.Bannerghatta zoo is the first biological park in India that has an elephant sanctuary where elephants get a natural habitat.it also has  a butterfly park where one can see more than twenty species of butterfly,it also has a small museum for showing some special exhibits and also a reptile park.



Wonderla-


Wonderla situated 28kms from the city in Bidadi,wonderla is the most preferred locations for families and youngsters in the weekends.Wonderla Bangalore has 55 land and water-based rides.it also have a musical fountain and laser shows,a fully fledged dance floor with an electronically controlled rain showers.Wonder laBangaloreis ranked best in India.



Iskon temple Bangalore-


It is one of the biggest ISkon temples in the world.it is located at Rajajinagar located on a hill which is known as hare Krishna hill and has deities of Radha and Krishna.the darshan timings are 4:15am to 8:20pm,the temple opens with a grand aarti ceremony called Mangala-aarti .It also has a 70 acres park known as Krishna Lila park.Krishna janmashthmi is celebrated here with utmost enthusiasm and happiness.



Tipu Sultans Summer Palace


Tipu sultan's summer palace is a very good example of Islamic architecture  and was the summer residence of Tipu Sultan.currently It is under the horticulture  department of the government of Karnataka,there are many Farsi inscriptions written in roman letters which have different meanings.




Chinnaswamy Stadium


It is one of the cricket stadiums in India,It ha seating capacity of thirty-five thousand and regularly hosts Test cricket, one-day internationals and T-twenty matches.It is the home ground of the Indian premier league cricket team Royal challengers Bangalore.the stadium is a must see during the IPL matches.It is also the first cricket stadium in India to use solar panels to generate bulk electricity.

HAL Aerospace Museum


It is India's first aerospace museum located at Hindustan aeronautics Limited premises.the museum displays various helicopters,airplanes,aircraft engine models.The museum is maintained by HAL.

This mall is situated in Nagavara,developed and maintained by Karnani group.The mall is basically for the shopping enthusiast,one can get almost every brands showroom here,It also has a seven screen PVR  multiplex,facilities of the fun sport like bowling, billiards etc is also there, in addition to this one can get a wide variety of food here.
