The Apple Cider Vinegar should be mixed with warm water and applied on the infected area. Later, it should be washed thoroughly and it should be allowed to be dried.

White Vinegar

A cup of vinegar should be mixed with four cups of water and the clean cloth should be dipped in the solution and rubbed against the infected area. The oil is used mainly in case of inflammation problems caused due to Jock Itch and reduces the discomfort of the people due to the symptoms of the disease. This tree oil can be directly applied on the infected region with the help of the cotton ball and it should be repeated twice a day for getting the desired results.

Listerine is commonly used as a mouthwash liquid as a part of the daily routine by the people. The main reason for this is the removal of bacteria and fungi by the liquid. This is the reason that makes Listerine as one of the best medicines for Jock Itch and it can be used with the help of the cotton ball on the infected areas.
