Natural health remedies are so common now. People have become more and more health conscious as compared to the olden days.

I personally am also into natural health and all its remedies. Natural health has many aspects and 
wide fields to be explored and the long term benefits its give is worth the try.

When we talk about natural health remedies, we not only think about the various natural medicines that we get from it but most importantly the criteria that’s makes it all together in one whole package.

It could be any kind just to make you fit and healthy for example, as simple as a kitchen garden!

Of course, the kitchen garden because it is where your health stem and rooted. ‘Food’, the basic need to mankind plays a crucial role in maintaining our health and well being.
Without food, we will not be what we are today. The graciousness of the body depends on the food you eat; hence the kitchen garden is a must for producing organic healthy foods.

Kitchen Garden brings special rewards as they produce organic vegetables. Growing your own vegetables is fun, plus it gives you a sense of satisfaction when you see that your vegetables are in full bloom.

Most people dream of having a large garden for their crop plantation but you don't need a big garden to grow healthy crops until and unless you are planning to build a business.
A small garden with sufficient sunlight and water is enough to grow food for your health.

These are a few vegetables that are largely used at home and you can grow them in little space as long as proper sunlight and water are available.

All these little green vegetables are rich in many vitamin and nutrients that would surprise you. Lettuce is rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin K, vitamin A, carbohydrates, fiber, iron and foliates. 

Celery is loaded with vitamin A, vitamin B6, potassium and fibers whereas coriander is rich in anti-oxidants, foliates, vitamin K and a number of minerals in small quantity.
